The following are service packages that have been
pre-designed for your convenience. Of course it is our
pleasure to customize a plan that will correspond to your
specific needs.
Initial Home Consultation
All of our services start with an initial consultation. An
Ultimate Staging and Décor Consultant will discuss your
goals and expectations and how to receive the maximum return
on investment for your home improvement dollars. We will go
over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through
the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important
“first impressions.” We will discuss with you your home’s
best features, as well as trouble spots. As part of this
service the client will receive our Home Seller Open House
Checklist. We complete the consultation with a proposal for
further staging services
Half or Full Day of Home
Staging OR Interior Redesign
This service is for those
homes that just need a little extra attention and
expertise. An Ultimate Staging and Décor Consultant will be
working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the
consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main
areas of the home. We will bring in accessories in order to
complete the look of each room. We’ll take some gorgeous
photos, and give those to you and your agent to use in your
marketing efforts.
Real
Estate New Listing OR Open House Staging
This service is perfect for the house that is just about
to go onto the market OR have an Open House in order to make
a great first impression! An Ultimate Staging and Décor
Consultant will spend two full days prior to that weekend
transforming the house into a buyers dream. The Consultant
will be working off of a detailed Action Plan that will be
given to the Home Seller in order to complete the
transformations at the end of the session. To get top
dollar, every home should go through our complete home
staging transformation BEFORE being listed!
Vacant
Home Staging
If your home is vacant or sparsely furnished this service is
for you. To begin, the Ultimate Staging and Décor Consultant
will meet with the home sellers and/or Real Estate Agent to
review the home and go over the process. We will work with
you to determine your budget and get the best possible price
for all the rental furniture and home accessories needed.
We will provide supervision of furniture delivery and
placement, staging and de-staging. Once staging is complete,
we will provide you with gorgeous “after” photos
for marketing. The price for this service varies depending
on the size of the home.
Design Services
Design services are available for those who are not
preparing a property for sale. A proposal will be provided
after initial consultation describing services recommended.
These services will be based on an hourly fee.
Shopping
Service
We’ll create a budget and shop for those accessories that
serve as investments in the sale of your home. Simple,
inexpensive purchases go a long way in changing the look of
a room. We know where to go and even get “Designer
Discounts” off of what we purchase for you.
